The Winter Solstice astronomically marks the beginning of lengthening days and shortening nights. The Solstice is the shortest and darkest day of the year, it is a time for reflection, and an occasion to celebrate all you have learned this year—and to look forward to what's ahead. 

We will move through an energizing and grounding flow to embrace the new year and find a sense of ease and release.

Following our flow we will settle in for a relaxing sound bath, which will allow you to bring everything together and move with harmony into the New Year.
