Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. Holding these poses helps the body to gain more flexibility and mobility & helps relieve tension. 

The Acupuncture will be given by
Licensed Acupuncturist Peter Liebenthal.
He will be using a four point Auricular
treatment that helps reduce stress and anxiety.

These two practices will leave you
Fully relaxed and in a state of bliss!

There is room for 15 participants.

Cost is $55 per person
