DESCRIPTION: Gentle Yoga: Very beginner friendly. We spend most of the class on our belly, back or seated (with props!). Our focus will be on honoring how we showed up that day, connecting with breath and coming into a sweet surrender with a 10 minute savasana. Depending on the energy of the class we may come to stand for a short period of time, connecting breath to movement. Options, props and stair-step variations are always offered!
