LOCATION:19
DESCRIPTION: Inspired by The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad and Atlas of the Heart by Brené
Brown, this year-long journaling workshop invites you to explore the depth and duality of
human emotion. Together, we’ll dive into different feelings each month—examining our
innermost beliefs, uncovering the layers of our experiences, and learning to embrace
the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

Each session will include a mix of guided learning, reflective poetry, or a gentle physical
activity to help you connect body and mind. You’ll then receive a journal prompt to guide
your writing and have the opportunity to break into small groups for discussion and
sharing.

To deepen your practice, you will be given additional journal prompts to continue to
explore the topic for the remainder of the month. At the beginning of each new session,
we’ll take time to revisit insights and lessons from the previous month before moving
forward to the next theme.

You are welcome to join a single session or commit to the full year to witness how your
thoughts, beliefs, and feelings evolve over time. Well cover topics such as aspirations,
fears, and belonging.

This is an opportunity for deep introspection to gain a better understanding of your inner
world while gently challenging your current beliefs in a lighthearted way. Along with
building community and being known on a deeper level.

If you enjoy writing, poetry, and deep thinking this is for you!
