The sun is at its peak — and so are you.
In the longest, brightest days of the year, we gather to breathe into the parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen. This session uses intentional breathwork to clear the mental fog, quiet the inner critic, and call forward your clearest, most luminous self.

Clarity isn't something you find — it's something you clear space for.

Together we'll move through a guided breathing journey designed to open the chest, activate the body, and drop you into a state of deep clarity. Whether you've been feeling scattered, dimmed, or simply disconnected from your own voice — this practice is an invitation back to yourself.

Through a rhythmic, connected two-part breath (active inhale and exhale), you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative and transformative state. This style of breathwork works directly with the nervous system, allowing suppressed emotions, old patterns, and stress to surface and release—without force or overwhelm. Each session is supported by grounding guidance, music, and intentional integration.

This workshop is accessible for all bodies and experience levels. You are always in control of your breath and encouraged to honor your own pace. Come as you are and allow the breath to do the work.
