DESCRIPTION: Description
Friday Night Magic: Qigong, Reiki-Restorative & Sound
with Cyndi and Liat
7:00–9:00pm

Two hours. Zero to-do lists. Pure bliss.

We begin with Qigong: slow, flowing movements rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that will get your energy humming and shakes off the week. Then sink into restorative Yoga, fully held by bolsters and blankets, with Reiki assists that will work its quiet magic. Just when you think you couldn't get any more relaxed, we end with a Sound Bath that washes over you with waves of healing vibration and energy.

You'll walk out glowing, buzzing, and wondering why every Friday doesn't feel like this.
