Self Care Yoga:
In this class you will be taught self care through Yoga Therapist and senior teacher, Catriona Mc Cormack. An excellent antidote to stress. During this class you will receive the tools that you can adapt and use on a day to day basic. We will practice yogic breathing, yoga postures and stretching and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). You will always be encouraged to work at your own pace without any pressure, reaching your goals. The skills you learn in class can be utilised in your daily life. All of this will take place in an enjoyable and friendly space.
