DESCRIPTION: Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a nourishing yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath &amp;amp; body.

This class begins with Somatics - subtle, slow &amp;amp; gentle floor based embodied movements to cultivate greater mind-body awareness and release chronic tensions, tiredness and strains.

Followed by a nourishing and grounding yin yoga practice for late Summer with a focus on forward folds, hips &amp;amp; legs.

We close with a deeply restful and relaxing restorative yoga practice which includes a guided body relaxation to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls &amp;amp; koshi chimes.

Bolsters, blankets &amp;amp; eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.

Please arrive from 12:45pm &amp;amp; bring your own mat (we have spares). You may wish to wear an extra layer &amp;amp; bring your own blanket. Please kindly note that no late admittance is permitted.
