Description
Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a nourishing yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body.
This class begins with Somatics - subtle, slow & gentle floor based embodied movements to cultivate greater mind-body awareness and release chronic tensions, tiredness and strains.
Followed by a nourishing and grounding yin yoga practice for late Summer with a focus on forward folds, hips & legs.
We close with a deeply restful and relaxing restorative yoga practice which includes a guided body relaxation to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls & koshi chimes.
Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.
Please arrive from 12:45pm & bring your own mat (we have spares). You may wish to wear an extra layer & bring your own blanket. Please kindly note that no late admittance is permitted.
The class is part of our Sunday Sanctuary Sessions. Class is £19.
