This class is for all levels of practitioners, as traditionally taught in India. Beginners through to advanced practitioners are welcome and will receive guidance from the teacher.

The class will be led by a teacher guiding you through til 7.15pm.  You can also practice mysore style and the teacher will offer guidance and modifications through your practice– and will be there until 7.45pm.
