DESCRIPTION: This Saturday morning class is a welcoming, warm and supportive Community Self-Practice Class. 

The space will be open for you to come along and do some yoga - to do whichever type of practice works for you.  

As a community of students we can hold the space for each other - supporting one another by showing up and enjoying the time on our mats, sharing and supporting one another.  

Don't worry if you want to do an ashtanga practice and can't remember the sequence - there are cheat sheets 🙂 and if you need some alternatives we'll be able to help out there as well.

No need to book, just come along.  

If you can a £5 drop-in donation to cover the rent of the room would be lovely but please come along regardless.
