From now until Christmas, Salma is offering a stretch and release class based on fascia stretching and relaxation. Using breath, she will support you to move within the comfort of your own flexibility, being mindful of technique, and easing you into gentle poses that will support your alignment and ease your muscles.

This class is suitable for all and will be a great opportunity to release and relax before the Christmas break.

Please bring a mat if convenient, however we have a supply available for use.
