DESCRIPTION: The outdoor classes take place at Site 5 in Long Bay Regional Park (across from the undercover area)
🌱 This class is weather dependent. One day in advance you'll be notified if the class can go ahead. If because of the weather it’s cancelled, you’ll keep your class credit.
🌱 There are 15 spaces available. Please book in advance, as spaces often fill up.
🌱 Casual fee is $20 per class or you buy a 6-class pass for $108
🌱 Please bring your own yoga mat or a large towel


🌱 There will be 2 mtr physical distancing 


🌱 I will bring my business QR code that you can scan for contact tracing
🌱 A mask is not compulsory during class, but feel free to wear one if that makes you feel more comfortable


🌱 I have picked a spot where there is shade and sun, so make sure to bring your sunnies, a hat, and light blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation at the end of class
