DESCRIPTION: Have you been wanting to start a yoga practice for a while? Then this 6-week course is for you! 

We will cover all the building blocks of yoga, so that you can feel confident attending regular yoga classes. 

Designed for complete beginners, but also suitable for those who want to revisit the foundations of yoga postures, pranayama and relaxation.

Over a course of 6 weeks we will cover:

wk 1: Basic alignments, use of props, synchronise movement/breath
wk 2: The basics of Flow, using Sun Salutations
wk 3: Recap of what we&#039;ve done so far, new standing poses
wk 4: Seated postures, how to use breathing practices to energise or relax
wk 5: Well put everything together in a full practice
wk 6: Repeat wk 5, plus introduction to Yoga Nidra.
