I am delighted to invite you to join me in celebrating my second year anniversary of Yoga Roots studio on 108 Deep Creek Road! After the last few months we have all endured, this is an opportunity to come together to honour this special moment and to give ourselves some much needed rest.  

It looks a little like this: gentle breathwork, a few simple movements to open up the channels and tissues of the body, followed by deep, supported rest. 

This is a complimentary YR birthday offering. Registrations are open and the space is limited. If the class is full, then you can waitlist yourself.

Cocoon Time is a chance to give ourselves permission to take exquisite care of ourselves, and I look forward to celebrating this special moment with you!
