DESCRIPTION: New at Yoga Roots ✨ Thursday 11 April ✨…Something special is happening….This Divine Woman Shahad Hassan will be leading us in a Sound Healing Meditation. 



Shahad will take you through a sound immersion to restore depleted energy and experience deep relaxation. 



Bath in restful and rejuvenating soundscapes. Soak in the resonating sounds of chimes, incredible tones, harmonics and vibrations produced from her crystal singing bowls. 



The frequencies produced clear ‘mind noise’ and induce a peaceful meditative state.
