DESCRIPTION: The yoga class with Marjolein starts at 9.30am. She will teach a Transformational Yoga class, suitable for all levels, incl beginners. You will be introduced to basis postures (asanas). Discover your breath through pranayama (breath practices). This class also incorporates mantra and meditation. 

The yoga class is held in the Rothesay Bay Hall. Please bring your own yoga mat, wear warm comfortable clothes and bring a blanket for the relaxation. 

After the yoga class you'll have the option to add one hour of relaxation time in the wood fired mobile sauna of Sauna Collective. Over this time you can do 2-3 rounds of Sauna. There is a cold water shower to cool down in between rounds, and for the brave ones an ice bath for the ultimate contrast therapy session.

All the while meeting and connecting with incredible people in a shared experience and be a part of the foundation of the Sauna Collective Community.

For the sauna you will need you swimwear/bathers, two towels ( one to sit on and one to dry off) and water to stay hydrated.
