This yoga class is as much for the mind as it is the body. A chance to really let go. We will use breathing techniques, adjustments and massage techniques to help you really relax deeply in the hammocks & grounded on the mat. We will bring heat to the body with a short gentle flow then end the class going even deeper into relaxation with a yoga nidra whilst floating weightless in the hammocks.
