DESCRIPTION: The day will start with a welcome detox juice and chat to get to know everyone. Followed by an energising wake up yoga class with chanting and pranayama which leads us to a scrumptious, plentiful lunch prepared by the amazing Nourish Food Company. Another chance to chat and mingle with one another, make new friends and enjoy some laughter.
After lunch we will explore the beautiful and calming surroundings of Waipuna Estate on a mindful meditation walk, taking in the sights and sounds of nature.
The afternoon is all about relaxation with a deep relaxation yoga with massage and a chance to soak away any tension in the spa pool (don't forget your togs!)
To end the day Sarah will take you through a blissful Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling rejuvenated, amazing and totally relaxed.
