Suitable for those that have completed our Air Yoga: Beginner, Level 1 Course or for those that already have a regular aerial yoga practice.
Now you are confident in inversions and in the hammocks, this regular weekly course is all about connecting movement and asana whilst exploring creative flows and poses. 
Our courses are a great way to progress together and support each other as a group.
