An instructive practice, demonstrating all postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. This class can be gentle and/ or strong. More advanced yogis can choose stronger versions of the postures and hold them for longer. We will do most of the practise on the Mat but using the hammocks as support for intermediate Asana's. This class is perfect if you like doing a small amount of Aerial yoga
