A great class for those new to aerial yoga, we focus on the correct grips, wraps and fabric placements and introduce and breakdown our Earth & Air Sun Salutations. You will discover the thrill of inversions whilst being fully supported in the fabric.
There are no limits to how long you come to this class just keep coming until you feel comfortable to move on, or stay at this level and enjoy a more gentle side to aerial yoga
