DESCRIPTION: This course is for all levels, especially those that want to go back to the foundations of yoga.
Each week we will workshop Key Asana's building your understanding of asana practise, working with alignment and connecting movement to breath. Some of the key Asanas will be arm and hand balances.This course will give you confidence, strength, flexibility and tools to enable relaxation and stress management.
