Proper Exercise (āsana), Proper Breathing (prāṇāyāma), Proper Relaxation (śavāsana), Proper Diet and Positive Thinking (vedānta) and Meditation (dhyāna)
You will be guided through yogic breathing & through the basic session asana, accessible to beginner and the more experienced alike.
