DESCRIPTION: Big birds, twists &amp; balances make up this energising 60-minute session - which is structured as a course of five classes. There are lots of challenges. We move swiftly, so you will learn to be physical and mentally alert. But don&#039;t be afraid to wobble. Heidi gives clear instructions - and there are always gentler options so you build your strength and flexibility safely. This practice is STRONG but light-hearted.

This five-week course starts on Monday July 12th and costs £40.
A one class pass costs £10.

1. Going deeper towards the splits
2. Transitioning from a lunge into side plank/ Vasisthasana
3. Building upper body / core strength
4. Crow/Bakasana &amp; variations
5. Learn smooth transitions into standing balances - Warrior/Virabadhrasana &amp; Eagle/Garudasana
