DESCRIPTION: A 75-minute yoga class to build strength &amp;amp; flexibility at a gentle, meditative pace. It is structured as a course of five-sessions starting Tuesday 16th November for £45. Alternatively you can buy a ONE CLASS PASS for £10. Each class combines classical yoga moves - with mantra, mudra &amp;amp; breath practices. The intention is to boost energy and mood. Ideal for beginners, older students or anyone in recovery. This &#039;restorative&#039; style which leaves you refreshed and revived - giving you practical techniques to integrate into daily life. 
Each week you will practice 
-Core &amp;amp; upper body strength
-Mood boosting techniques
-Balances to strengthen &amp;amp; stabilise
