DESCRIPTION: Join Nichi and Luca for this immersive and deeply relaxing sound experience combined with nourishing and restorative yoga. Luca will create sound with cello, voice and sound equipment. Nichi will lead you through restorative practice and into a guided relaxation. The church is wonderful for sound and we will position the speakers so that you have a fully immersive experience. Bring plenty of blankets and pillows. Chai and cake provided. Suitable for everyone.
