DESCRIPTION: Bringing in the wonderful practice of yamuna body rolling this is a fantastic sister practice to yoga and will help you create space, relieve tension and improve posture. Using the yamuna balls we will focus on different areas of the body each week and match those up to yoga postures that target those areas.You need to have done yamuna before to join the livestream session and you need the equipment.  Yamuna will improve your yoga practice and your general health and wellbeing. You will leave this session feeling deeply relaxed.
