DESCRIPTION: Bringing in the wonderful practice of yamuna body rolling this is a fantastic sister practice to yoga and will help you create space, relieve tension and improve posture. Using the yamuna balls we will focus on different areas of the body each week and match those up to yoga postures that target those areas. Suitable for all levels- you don't need to have done yoga or yamuna before. Equipment is provided. Yamuna will improve your yoga practice and your general health and wellbeing. You will leave this session feeling deeply relaxed.
