DESCRIPTION: This is a small individualised lesson for no more than 3 people (all 3 must be booked together) where we will practice in restorative yoga poses, work with specific breathing techniques (pranayama) and I will work on an individual basis using a variety of massage treatments. These restorative sessions offer yogis hands-on adjustments while lying down in restorative yoga poses to encourage various parts of the body to open and release deep tension. Sessions also include guided meditation (nidra yoga) to enhance the restorative benefits. If you’re interested, it’s probably for you. Gentle restorative yoga in a safe and intimate setting with individualised massage treatment. Utter peace and bliss!
