DESCRIPTION: Once a month, join me for a 90-minute Saturday practice exploring a different philosophical theme drawn from the rich and fascinating history of the yoga tradition.

Each Super Lesson brings together strong, purposeful movement, breath, philosophy and deep rest. We’ll work with standing poses and thoughtfully sequenced practices to build strength, focus and awareness, before gradually slowing down into restorative poses and a long, rich Savasana.
