DESCRIPTION: Join me for a 1.5 our yoga class to focus on heart and chest openings with a focus on the Heart Chakra. There will be teas and homemade treats and soulful chats followed by a hike up the Small sugar loaf, lunch prepared by the Happy Pear up the top of the mountain and back to Greystones for an optional sea swim and sauna.
