DESCRIPTION: Flow with me in a 1.5 hour spring cleansing retreat. We will enjoy a twisting, backbending, energising class and slowing things down with yin style spinal twists. We will enjoy a yummy box of homemade vegan treats, cup of cacao or herbal tea before a lovely hike up the top part of the Greystones-Bray cliff walk. At the top we will enjoy a vegan lunch prepared by the Happy Pear and then it's back to The Cove for an optional sea swim and sauna!
