DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a day of yoga, hiking, yummy food, a sea swim and a sauna! These are monthly retreats where you will meet likeminded people, keen to take some time out for themselves and enjoy each others company, a 1.5 hour class of yoga, a 2 hour hike, warm cacao, boxes of homemade treats, a full vege lunch at my home and a sauna. This retreat will be from Bray beach, hike to Greystones look out from Bray and back to my home for lunch. Sauna in Greystones.
