DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a morning of yoga, some yummy veggie food, a good hike, an optional sea swim and sauna and wonderful company. These are monthly retreats where you will meet likeminded people, keen to take some time out for themselves and enjoy each others company, a 1.5 hour class of yoga, a 2 hour hike, warm cacao, boxes of homemade treats, a full vege lunch and a sauna. This retreat will be from Belmont Estate, where we will hike up the back of the small sugar loaf, back to my home for a beautiful lunch spread and to the sauna in Greystones.
