DESCRIPTION: Back by popular demand! We've had a few months break and are ready to get hiking, eating yummy nourishing food, practicing detoxing liver sequence hatha and Yin Yoga, enjoying a box of homemade goodies, cacao and optional sauna and sea swim. We will be hiking the Great Sugarloaf, enjoying a full vege feast for lunch from my home and practicing yoga from Rise Up and Dance.
