Description
Enjoy a day of yoga, hiking, yummy food, a sea swim and a sauna! These are monthly retreats, usually the first Sunday of every month. You will meet likeminded people, keen to take some time out for themselves and enjoy each others company, a 1.5 hour class of yoga, a 2 hour hike, warm cacao, boxes of homemade treats, a full vege lunch and a sauna. This retreat will be from Rise up & Dance and we will hike up the high loop of the Bray Head Walk.
