DESCRIPTION: Come relax, restore, rebalance after an Autumn and Winter of hibernation. Gentle yin and restorative to wake up the body gently for springtime and summer. Open the body and mind with a soothing cup of cacao, practice 1 hour of restorative and Yin Yoga to settle the nervous system and enjoy a beautiful Soundbath healing session to end.  Enjoy homemade energy balls and raw snacks and a herbal tea to finish. This workshop begins at 3pm and will finish at 5pm, teas etc until 5.30pm.
