DESCRIPTION: Our first day retreat of 2026!! This is going to be a popular one as we will not have had a mini day retreat sine November and I can only fit 8 people in this one due to venue restrictions. Please note the extra cost of this one as the venue and cafe are extra special! I have just 4 spaces still available for a special day retreat at Tighnalluis on Sunday February 8th. The day will begin with a gentle 1-1.5-hour hike, followed by an hour of gentle flow and yin yoga in their beautiful yurt. We’ll then enjoy some homemade treats, before heading to a fabulous sauna at the top of the mountain, soaking in the stunning views. We’ll finish the day with lunch from Grizzly Café.
