DESCRIPTION: My final day retreat before the summer and I will be taking a retreat hiatus to be off more with the kids for the few weeks. This is my favourite hike location as we include a rockpool/waterfall swim at the end! Join me in Cool Planet in the Powerscourt estate for yoga from their walled garden [weather dependent}, a full lunch of homemade salads, veggie lasagne, picky bits, sourdoughs etc before our hike up Djouice Lake wood walk with the optional swim in  the rockpool. I will have a box of 3 homemade goodies to enjoy at the top. This day begins at 10 and finishes at 4-4.30pm.
