DESCRIPTION: Unwind before the madness of the Christmas season envelops you! This workshop sells out incredibly quickly as I think everyone craves the time cared out for themselves before the busyness of the silly season.

The Winter Solstice  is a time for rest, reflection, and inner work, mirroring the dormancy of winter in nature. It's a time to honor the cyclical nature of life and connect with the body's wisdom. 
Our yin practice will  focus on deep restoration, letting go, connecting with inner wisdom. We will then experience a glorious 45 minute Sound Bath healing the amazing Melanie from integratedhealingwithmelanie. Melanie was an opera singer and often includes beautiful chants in her sound bath healing sessions. You will enjoy homemade mince pies and mulled wine to finish and leave floating on air! This workshop will take place in Cool Planet in Powerscourt from 3-5.30pm.
