DESCRIPTION: The kids are settled back into school… you can finally breathe again.

Enjoy a day of yoga, hiking, yummy food, giggles and chats. These are monthly retreats, and such popular days out. You will meet likeminded people, keen to take some time out for themselves and enjoy each others company, a 1.5 hour class of yoga, a 2.5-3 hour hike, boxes of homemade treats, a full lunch. This retreat will be take place  in Belmont Estate. We will practice yoga outside in the beautiful walled garden, enjoy a box of 3 homemade goodies and then hike up the Small  Sugarloaf, into Kilruddery and back and around into Belmont. We will then have soup and toasties in Kitchen 28 in Belmont and then drive to Greystones to finish the day with a sauna and optional sea swim!! This day begins at 9.15 and comes to an end by 3.45pm.
