There are many ways to learn and practice meditation, but evidence shows that having a teacher or guide, and meditating with others, is the most effective way to learn, get the benefits and sustain a practice. This class is based on Mindfulness: a secular approach to living life and managing mental health and wellbeing. All levels of experience, beginners through to regulars, are welcome.
