In case of doubt as to whether the yoga practice is suitable for one’s own personal situation, we recommend contacting your general practitioner for advice.

The participant in yoga activities should communicate any relevant information of a physical, medical or psychological nature that requires special caution or precautions to the teacher before starting the activity, in order to allow him/her to respond adequately.

1.b. Private yoga consultations
On the occasion of the first private consultation for personal yoga guidance, the participant fills in an intake form. This enables the coach to adapt the individual yoga session and guidance as much as possible to the participant.
