Join me for a vinyasa flow yoga class BY DONATION, in the Parc du Chateau, St Germain en Laye.
Please arrive 10mins early so we can start on time.

PLACE: Parc du Chateau, Saint Germain en Laye. Meet at the rotunda near the cafe on the terrace. Check both sides of the rotunda if you can't see us, we tend to move away from the crowds.

BRING: Your yoga mat, water and anything you need to be comfortable outdoors, including some warm clothing in case the weather is a little unpredictable.

All levels are welcome, I will give options for softer and stronger poses.
