Ashtanga Yoga &amp;amp; The 8 Limbs with Tina

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic method that builds both strength and flexibility. If you’ve been working toward mastering that elusive jump-through, or you&amp;#039;re looking to make your transitions smoother and more graceful, this workshop is for you.

Tina is passionate about all things Ashtanga. A self-proclaimed asana and anatomy nerd, she brings her love for exploration and detail into every practice. In this 2-hour session, she’ll share technical insights into body mechanics that you can apply directly to your asana practice—while connecting it all back to the eight-limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga.

We&amp;#039;ll be diving into focus techniques through the lens of traditional Ashtanga. Expect to challenge yourself physically, learn a lot, and share some laughs along the way. Tina encourages her students to work hard, but always with a sense of joy and lightness.
You’ll leave not only with practical tools for your daily practice, but also with a deeper sense of how this method can guide personal growth on and off the mat.


We’ll end with one of Tina’s favorite quotes from her teacher David Robson: “We don’t do yoga to express ourselves, we do it to reveal ourselves.”
