JIVAMUKTI YOGA SPECIAL! 

In this workshop Karo and her mentees are offering you an opportunity to practice with a recording of a classic Jivamukti Class taught by Sharon Gannon, co-founder of the Jivamukti method. You will be guided, assisted and supported whilst the class is led by an audio recording.

Plus Karo will take you through the history, foundation and 5 tenants of the Jivamukti Yoga method, her 12 years of experience as a Jivamukti Yoga student and teacher and her recent reunion with Sharon.

JIVAMUKTI YOGA: Path to Compassion through Asana and Spiritual Practice

Jiva means individual soul and mukti means liberation. The name Jivamukti Yoga reflects on the fact that it’s possible to have a beneficial, fulfilling life while also progressing spiritually, perhaps even attaining liberation. The method blends scriptural study, devotion, prayer, music, chanting and meditation as well as veganism, environmentalism and political activism.
