DESCRIPTION: If you’re a yoga teacher — or any kind of space holder — and you’d like somewhere to practise alongside others, we’d love for you to join us.
This is a free session, with the option to offer something back to the studio if you feel called. That could be a small monetary donation, or perhaps a simple act of care while you’re here — tidying the props, bringing some incense to light, restocking the toilet roll, pruning the plants, or offering a fellow teacher an assist.
There’s nothing formal and no pressure.
Simply come as you are, at a time that suits you, and enjoy the opportunity to practise within a shared, communal energy.
