DESCRIPTION: A lovely big morning stretch! Feel great for the rest of the week.  Yin yoga is a meditative class as well hold poses for longer .  ( All floor based).   We will mainly be working with the hips and spine, stretching the connective tissue ( fascia ) around the bones and joints.   Using breathwork,  Yoga nidra and restorative poses to calm the nervous system and relieve tension and stress.
