DESCRIPTION: Combining both Yang styles of yoga with yin creates the perfect balance for our bodies to thrive. A Hatha flow followed by a yin practice to target your deep connective tissue, such as fascia improving flexibility, joints and bone health. Each pose will be held for 3-5 minutes to help stretch and lengthen those rarely used tissues. Followed by savasana.
